Correct, Matt! Personifications of DCU astronomical stars, not stars as in "popular characters".
Take it away!

Here's an oldie but a goodie.
Who were the Emissaries of Varn? (The name of the comic series they appeared in and a brief description will suffice as an answer.)

Yep. They were cloaked and hooded guys with swirling vortices of destruction where their faces should be. Go ahead.

I remember the story, Satellite-era Justice League ... I think her name was Willow.
"Gee, Brainy, what do you want to do tonight?" "The same thing we do every night, Bouncing Boy: try to take over the United Planets!!" They're B.B. and The Brain ...

Give either the name or the nickname of Prince Valiant's sword. Bonus points ( ) if you know both.

"Singing Sword" was the nickname, so it's Seth Gaterra's turn. FYI, the sword's proper name was "Flamberge".

What's embarrasing is that I knew the answer from Mad's version of the story "Prince Violent". The running gag for it being what song it would sing next (lyrics and all).
But going with the old-time comics, in "Gasoline Alley" Walt Wallet found a baby on his doorstep and adopted the tyke. What was the baby's name... and what does it mean?
