I guess I've stalled this long enough.
Union Jack studied Art in school.
Next Q: Who has the first line of dialogue in "Return of the Dark Knight"? (hint: it's a silver age character, but not from the Batman mythos)

"Gee, Brainy, what do you want to do tonight?" "The same thing we do every night, Bouncing Boy: try to take over the United Planets!!" They're B.B. and The Brain ...

Rockhopper's got it! It was (presumably) Carol Ferris (Bruce is in a Ferris racecar or whatnot talking to someone named Carol who's trying to warm him that he's about to crash and burn -- something familiar to Carol from her days as Hal Jordan's boss).

That was a total guess. She was the only Silver Age female supporting character I could think of.
In the 1970s All-Star Comics, to which country was Dick Grayson (Robin of Earth-Two) the ambassador?

That is correct. The interesting thing was, unlike in our world, the South Africa of Earth-Two did not have Apartheid.
Over to you, Calybos.

Here's another Earth-2 question:
How did the Batman of Earth-2 die? And who was responsible for it (other than the writer, of course)?
