Yes, it was Andromeda, former member of the Dragon Circle, trusted friend of Namor, fierce warrior, and daughter of Attuma. She's one of my favorite Atlanteans.

Okay, I finally found it last night (told you my collection's a mess.)
The Punisher emptied three guns, each one bigger than the last, on the Hulk. All they did was shred the Hulk's expensive suit. (lol) The Punisher tossed a grenade, the Hulk caught it and stifled the explosion with his HAND. (LOL)
The Hulk, looking real angry, walked up to the Punisher and said, "Don't say anything. I want to REMEMBER you this way."

Halo was my favorite character, the way she was dealing with becoming human after having been a little extra-dimensional light-thing before that. Really shows us what strange creatures humans are and what a strange world this is.
