Legionadventureman (LAM for short) is half right and IB is also half right. I don't think it would be hard to say from that that Wendy went to Paradise Island (Although Marvin might have, except this is the Super Friends we are talking about and gender identities must be fixed and proper  ) So what college did Marvin go to?

Wendy went to Paradise Island (as per LAM's answer) & Marvin when to a particular (made-up) university.
Unless someone figures out the college, I'm giving it to LAM as he did name Paradise Island

Well, it was mentioned in the issue in which they left and Zan & Janya came in.
I did say LAM could have the next question for getting Paradise Island.
It was Gotham State University that Marvin headed off to.
I'm not sure where Wonder Dog ended up though.

Because the "Carol Danvers" persona was in control of Rogue's body at the time and could control her powers. It's been hinted for years that Rogue's inability to control her powers is a mental block because she's afraid to get to close to people.
