Able to determine the brand of tire on any fleeing vehicle. Micheline... Dunlop... Goodyear... there's not a brand that's been made that can elude the eagle eye of our hero. Of course, it does tend to be of limited value to local authorities who usually just say, "Dude... couldn't you just get the license plate number?"
