The costume does look a lot better here than in the other sketches & in the preview, that makes me hopeful.

Yup, thats the image I saw when I said people would like the cape better once they had seen a clearer version. I like the fact that the only difference is the three fingers, means she could be playing sneaky and we'll never really be sure if thats all three or just one of them with the other two of somewhere else.

The "even weirder" phrase has me intrigued. As I've said before, I always felt that Triplicate Girl had a pretty lame power - she was just triplets. Maybe she's gotten a power boost that will make her a more interesting character. Or maybe not - what if she has 3 heads when she merges - each facing a different direction.

Oh and Triplicate Girl looks good too! Though I do notice with regret that the eyes are all the same colour. One thing I liked about Triad was that each body had different coloured eyes to differentiate them. I'm sure there's probably a reason for this though, if it is indeed intentional.

As much as I like Luornu, I like the big, fat alien with the skirt even better. Now THAT'S wierd.
To tell the truth, this covers interests me less than the previous two. Maybe it's just because I'm female and girl triplets -- even potentially "wierd" ones -- don't do much for me. Barry, do you by any chance have a set of male Carggites waiting in the wings? If not, I'll settle for a couple of muscular Winathians.

My first thought on the cover was the same as Reboots, these Lus are all different sizes. But the more I look at the image the more I'm certain that it is a perspective thing and the girls are staggered. I believe they are actually all the same size. At least to me, it appears that the one in the middle, the tallest of the trio, appears to be closer to us than the other two.

I think it's just perspective. You can see from the overlaps that the middle one is in the front and the right one is in the back. In a twist from the Apparition fiasco of the post-boot Legion, Triplicate Girl is actually Bgtzlian triplets who phase together to appear as one person! Nonsense! She's human triplets that just stand behind each other most of the time! But I'm hoping "weirder" = semi-independent group mind, myself.
