Since Atmos was turned down, it seems like it would have to be one of the group of five, unless you are including someone who rejoined during Magic War.
Quislet?

Not Polar Boy. Kent is close, but as best I can tell, nobody rejoined during the Magic Wars.

Actually, Brainy did rejoin during the MW and perhaps Thom and Dreamy too?

Well, during Magic War, I think that a bunch of characters rejoined the team, including Brainy, Dream Girl, Blok and a fourth character. I can't recall who. Or at least it was implied that they were rejoining.
But perhaps the question is referring to Saturn Girl, who rejoined at the end of the Universo Project?

Saturn Girl is correct.
A few characters did show up and help during the Magic Wars, including Brainy and the White Witch, but I didn't see anything to indicate that they actually rejoined.
Go ahead.

What were the first things that Star Boy is seen using his "mass increasing" powers on?

That is as effective of a description as any I could imagine. Good job.

Cham has disguised himself as many of his fellow Legion members over the years, but which Legionnaire was the first to impersonate Cham?

Hint: The Legionnaire in question employed neither make-up nor technology to accomplish the feat...

I don't know who it was, but were they impersonating Cham impersonating them?
I guess the other possibility was that it was their powers that allowed them to do this. If so, than I guess it would have to be Projectra (or one of her iterations) or Chameleon Girl (from the latest Johnsboot.)
But going with the first theory listed above, I'm going to wildly guess it was Colossal Boy.

Xben--your first theory is correct, however, your guess is not.
stephbarton--nope.
Hint: Years later, when Cham "returned the favor" and took the form of this same Legionnaire, he was instantly physically assaulted for his trouble...

Sure, X. To get the final Legionnaire on her hit list, Dream Girl convinces Matter-Eater Lad that she was really Reep by writing, then drawing a line through "Cham" in an official spaceport logbook. Shortly thereafter, a suspicious Tenzil calls out "Chameleon Boy" which Nura appears to answer to, thereby causing him to accuse her of being Cham. The real Cham is easily contacted, and ME Lad is suspended from the Legion for falsely accusing a fellow Legionnaire, completing Nura's master plan for sparing several Legionnaires from a deadly vision. Years later, in the wake of the Vi/Yera switcheroo, Cham teases Star Boy with Nura's face, and is promptly given a black eye by Thom in response. Your turn Xben.

I've asked this question before, but I don't remember if I've ever done it in this forum...
Not including adult Legion stories, when was the first time that we ever saw a LSH member who was born in the future fighting actual villains who were also from the future, and actually defeating them in the future (ie, not the 20th century)?

I'll guess Bouncing Boy's defeat of an electrical villain in "The Secret Origin of Bouncing Boy!"

Hmm... come to think of it, however, BB was not actually a Legion member yet in that story, and Sun Boy had actually been expelled in the next issue when he defeated Kranyak.
