And it goes to Novelty.
Saint Leo University (it was still Saint Leo College when I graduated--BA in English) and Wayne State University (Master of Library and Information Science) both use green and gold.
The only character in all of literature who has been described as "badnass" while using the phrase "vile miscreant."

Oh, I won? Uh... I've gotta do the next question? Let's see...
The southern hemisphere is a large place. Which one of these cities in the Southern Hemisphere have I been to?
A) Buenes Aires, Argentina B) La Paz, Bolivia C) Santiago, Chile D) Rio de Janerio, Brazil E) Montevideo, Uruguay F) Lima, Peru G) Johannesburg, South Africa H) Cape Town, South Africa I) Durban, South Africa J) Walvis Bay, Namibia K) Harare, Zimbabwe L) Livingston, Zambia M) Sydney, Australia N) Melbourne, Australia O) Brisbane, Australia P) Auckland, New Zealand Q) Honaira, Solomon Islands R) Papeete, Tahiti S) Guam, Guam
Exnihil: Novelty, if he had a power, the obvious one to me would of course be "The Power of Grayskull"

I hear Tahiti is nice... and I'd like to head over to Guam some day. I know Montevideo is such a cool name, but I've never been there, nor to anywhere in South America. I've had offers to go visit Sydney, but I never could find the time for it though. I actually did the hitchhiking thing starting from Auckland a few years back and it was an interesting experience. NZ people are so friendly. So it's on to you Cali.

Woo-hoo! I just picked the only one I'd been to before... even if I only stopped in the airport. All right, let's see. In keeping with the theme: What country in Europe do my parents want to go to for the winter holiday this year?

Nope! None of those. Though I would love to visit them all someday... especially Italy. I totally want to live there. (Even if I can't speak the language. Which I can't.)

Portugal, and if they have something else in mind, you should talk them into Portugal -- and suggest they take me with them.

Sorry, folks, those aren't it, either. Be-lieve me, Lad Boy, I would choose Portugal over this country. And naturally you'd be invited along. But only if you wore your costume... at all times. Also, recap for the new page: Originally posted by Caliente: What country in Europe do my parents want to go to for the winter holiday this year? And eliminated so far are France, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Nope! Neither of those.
Okay, hint-- this country was not a US ally in WWII.
