I loved the stretching and pliability of Elongated Man and wanted it for myself. Although I liked Plastic Man's shape changing (which EM didn't have), he wasn't in the Justice League, Ralph was.

I thought the shrinking bit pretty cool so as to hide and sneak under doors. Plus with the other powers, I'd be pretty awesome.

I love to swim. And being able to swim underwater without having to come up for air would have made it that much better.

Three choices left for the hero who's power I didn't want.

2) Flash

He might be my favorite (might-- ha!) but I actually didn't see the appeal of his powers as a kid. Now I love 'em. But that's just me and my wish that I could speed read...

What? You don't see the appeal of his power to a kid? Chores done in under a minute. (Lil' Quislet, Esq. thought balloon: "If I had Flash's power, I'd be all done shoveling snow off the driveway and could be back inside.") Running up the side of a building. Running across water. Plucking bullets from mid-air. Creating a vortex by spinning my arm.

His was my number one power pick.

Red Tornado then

That would be the one. Although I love Red Tornado, I could always duplicate his powers with Flash's powers.

And who would not want a power ring?

E) Malay
F) Cantonese
G) Indonesian

Well, I was thinking either that or Norwegian as the others were all related.

Sticking with the foreign language theme, which did I not study in school (note I didn't say I could speak it or read it now)

1) Italian
2) German
3) Spanish
4) French
5) Russian

I went to the panhandle - it's lovely there in the fall. Would like to go see the bridges across the chesapeake though - the one from annapolis to the eastern shore one of these days...

Try again.

I can still remember the Amtrak station in Lansing...

It was scary passing through the south side of Chicago on the "El"...

Novelty is named after a post office in Geuga county, Ohio...

I was a bit disappointed when I saw Wall Street - I thought it'd be like gold plated or at least longer...

And nope, never been south of the Potomac, so take it away Rockhopper Lad.

I've only been to Virginia a few times myself, but it's a beautiful state.

Anyhoo, what brand of soda to I currently have in my refrigerator:

1. Diet Coke
2. Fresca
3. Diet Pepsi
4. Diet Sprite
5. Diet 7Up
6. Coke Zero
7. Tab (Yes, they still sell it!)
8. Diet Dr. Pepper
9. Diet Canada Dry Ginger Ale
10. I never drink soda.

On the first try, it goes back to Novelty! I love Coke Zero.

I also love ginger ale, although it is a bit difficult to find in Texas. frown

Coke Zero has that weird aftertaste though, or maybe it's just me? It does something weird to my throat like constrict it or something.

Erm... let's see...

A) IRELAND - Éire/Airlann
B) SCOTLAND - Alba
C) FRANCE - Française
D) BELGIUM - België/Belgique
E) NETHERLANDS - Netherlands
F) GERMANY - Deutschland
G) DENMARK - Danmark
H) SWEDEN - Sverige
