Okay, I just checked the WttH transcript : Cut to Principal Flutie's office. Buffy is seated. He has her school
records and walks around the desk to his chair as he looks them over.
Mr. Flutie: Buffy Summers, sophomore, late of Hemery High in Los
Angeles. Interesting record, quite a career...
He sits, takes the sheet he's reading and tears it into four pieces.
Mr. Flutie: Welcome to Sunnydale! A clean slate, Buffy, that's what you
get here. What's past is past. We're not interested in what it says on a
piece of paper, even if it says... (reads) Whoa.
Buffy: Mr. Flutie...
Mr. Flutie: All the kids here are free to call me Bob.
Buffy: Bob...
Mr. Flutie: But they don't.

It's 'The Trial' from season 2 of Angel. A *really* nasty episode, but fantastic because of it made even more so by the completely down beat ending.

Everyone knows that Seth Green appeared with Alyson Hannigan in 'My Stepmother Is An Alien' but he also appeared with Juliet Landau in a seminal 1990 high school set film. Anyone know what it was?
