Yikes! Sorry! I was away for a few days. Anyway, it'll be an easy one for you crack team of Buffyhounds but it's the only thing I could think of.

Andrew was the surprise hit of series 7. But we'd seen him before (the actor not the character.) Who was he and what was he doing?

Tom Lenk (Andrew) was also Cyrus one of Harmony's vampire minions (Harmomy has minions!?!!) in Real Me.

I know that's the right answer (OK, so over confident maybe, but never mind. wink ) so I'll ask away. Possibly a tough one, but what instrument did Xander play in eigth grade?

Nope. As with anything to do with Xander it's something a little out of the ordinary.

I sincerely hope you looked this up - if you know this offhand, I worry.

Um.... actually I did know it. I had to check through the Unoffical Guide to see which episode it was in, but still...

Yeah, OK, I'm just the hugest Buffy geek ever, but in my defence I also just have a really good memory for usless info. wink

You up SoM, fire away.

What ice cream was Buffy shocked at Angel having in the fridge "already"?

oooh, erm, it was double-chocolate-chip-fudge-brownie or something like that. One of those ice-creams that has about twenty different flavours in it. Then she spent ages smearing it all over his naked chest. Humuna humuna. laugh

Right, I'm gonna have to actually check the episode when I get home because I can actually picture the scene you're referring too but I'm not sure of the exact flavour. iirc it's the same flavour that Angel craves when he's made human.

A-ha, got it (preuming we're talking about 'I'll Remember You'). It's cookie-dough-fudge-mint-chip, which sounds like way too many flavours in one ice-cream to me.

It is indeed I Will Remember You, and it is indeed Cookie-dough-fudge-mint-chip ice-cream smile

Right, sticking with Angel for the moment, what does Doyle's coffee mug look like?

Doyle didn’t have a special coffee mug.

Damn, me and my big mouth. That's something I'm certainly going to have to go and check on the actual video. Shame it's such a crappy episode as well. One of the only really bad ones from season 3.

Right, just so I can prove my geek status there are two possible answers that I've come up with. The first time the mask activates and raises the dead cat it's just after 11.34, according to Buffy's clock radio. Then the night of the party when it raises all the zombies (why did it only raise a cat the first time and then hoards of zombies the next night?) the guy who dies of burns in hospital and instantly comes back is 'called' at 7.43. There was at least one other resurection before then so the mask actually must have activated a little earlier tthan that (unless of course the two ressurections we see and theparty and the mask glowing actyually are all happening at the same time).

Do I win the uber-geek crown now? tongue
