I'll post a new triad this evening.

The only character in all of literature who has been described as "badnass" while using the phrase "vile miscreant."

Hmmm.

One of the last ten First Ladies of the United States would also qualify. So would Rose Nylund.

Betty. (Actually, I meant to give this answer sooner, but was distracted by other games!)

That is correct.

Lauren Bacall's real name is Betty Joan Perske.
Bea Benaderet was the original voice of Betty Rubble.
Stockard Channing played Betty Rizzo in Grease.

Betty Ford and Betty White, of course, were the other examples.

Not necessarily, though you're sort of on the right track (no pun intended).

With that clue, I was thinking it had something to do with one of the triple crown races. So I will guess that the common link is Belmont.

I'm pretty sure this is right, so I'm going to go ahead, with what I think is a pretty easy one.

Sorry I neglected to pay attention, but yes, these represent three cities named Bowling Green:

The Corvette Factory is in Bowling Green, KY
The Cradle of American Horse Racing is a nickname for Bowling Green, VA
The National Tractor Pulling Championships are held in Bowling Green, OH.

They've all played airline stewardesses/flight attendants?

Dan Aykroyd played a flight attendant? Was that an old SNL bit? But, no, not the connection I had in mind.

Just did a quick search and it doesn't look like Pam Grier ever hosted SNL (apologies if I missed it), but that wouldn't have been what I had in mind anyway.

The three again are:

Dan Aykroyd
Christina Ricci
Pam Grier

and I'll give a hint:

It would be very appropriate if someone were to correctly guess this one today.
