Close enough. More accurately, they are all countries that were formerly full members of the Commonwealth of Nations, though in Fiji's case, it's a suspension. Ireland and Zimbabwe have both officially resigned from the Commonwealth.

No, though I imagine they all show up there - but then so does just about every other DC character up to that point (except, weirdly, Hal Jordan). However, the answer does involve, in part, COIE (fairly obvious perhaps with the Shadow Demons there)
