Hmm... interesting. But no.
(I'm trying to think of a good hint for this question, but it's difficult. Really you don't need to know anything about the Dark Destroyer to get this; you can get the answer just from Dr. Manhattan and Prof. Hyatt and assume that the same is true of the Destroyer. I don't want to say more at this stage.)
