They are all near craters or crater lakes? I found them for Arco & Chiloquin, but not Hot Springs.

Arco, Idaho is the closest town to Craters of the Moon National Monument.
Hot Springs, Arkansas is the closest town to Crater of Diamonds State Park.
Chiloquin, Oregon is the closest town to Crater Lake National Park.
