You should have said 'Tuxedo' instead of 'Williams'.

New Triad:

ZOT!
Watchmen
Captain Confederacy

"Gee, Brainy, what do you want to do tonight?"
"The same thing we do every night, Bouncing Boy: try to take over the United Planets!!"
They're B.B. and The Brain ...

Well, I had something more specific in mind, but that is a valid response.

Over to Quislet, Esq.

(my answer was, they all had people wearing colorful costumes, but *actual super-powers* were rare-if-not-nonexistent. Watchmen had Dr. Manhattan, ZOT didn't have any "supers", and, while I don't have all of Captain Confederacy, the issues I have read didn't have any "supers", and did not indicate the existence of any in that world)

OK

Abraham Lincoln
Theodore Roosevelt
Ronald Reagan

And that fact that all were US Presidents is not the linking fact.

That is true, but not the link I had in mind.

If no one else guesses it by tomorrow, the question is yours Eryk.

They all represent extremes amongst US Presidents...Lincoln was the tallest, Teddy Roosevelt the youngest, Reagan the oldest.

Sorry, the next question is Eryk's

My link of the three is that they all changed political parties at some point in their lives. Lincoln started out as a Whig but joined the new Republican party. Theodore Roosevelt left the Republican to start the Progressive (or Bull Moose) party. And Reagan started out as a Democrat before becoming a Republican.

Hint: I *really* wasn't feeling very creative when I came up with this linkage.

Rockhopper Lad got it.

Ayla impersonated her brother Lightning Lad in her first appearance.

Julie Andrews starred in Victor/Victoria.

Calista Flockhart played a woman pretending to be a man pretending to be a woman (figure that one out!) in The Birdcage.
