Hmmm...I'll double check but I'm pretty sure that Lana & Jimmy were Reserves because of their powers while Pete Ross was Honorary because he had no powers, just deserved the honor.
But the other possible answer would be Kid Psycho, I believe.

As I said, according to Legion Wiki, Jimmy was Honorary.
Kid Psycho was the other reservist.
Jimmy might have been considered honorary because his power was one that was only temporary.
