and the unpredictable ability to survive cannon blasts by being shunted through time in a ghostly manner and merge bodies with someone when in such a state.

He used a device that beamed treasonous thoughts into M-E Lad's mind, which were then picked up by Saturn Girl as coming from him.

Wildfire (Red Tornado), XS and Impulse (Flash).

Oli-3 Queen was in fact targeted (Brainiac 5 saved him with his force field, it was in LSH-Baxter Annual # 1).

Wildfire being Reddy and XS's existence were not pre-boot facts, and Impulse (who was introduced very shortly before Zero Hour) was probably not yet born at the time. His father and aunt seem to still be living under the same roof (presumably unmarried) in the above-referenced Annual, when Ivo targeted them.

I can't remember if the Tornado Twins were targeted in that story, so I would guess Dawn Allen or Don Allen.

The Tornado Twins were targeted in that story. Pre-Boot, Brande was definitely not the Martian Manhunter.

I'll throw a hint: this person was never seen, but was mentioned by name. And that was not in the Legion book, but in an issue that featured the Legion as guest-stars.

I vaguely recall Gim Allon once being referred to as a descendent of Barry Allen.

also in Brave and Bold 179 (i think that was the #), Bats presumes that the 30th century police commissioner is a descendent of his (surname Gordon-Wayne, or something similar), but this is never confirmed as I recall.
