name a villain who was human in appearance Preboot who was clearly non-human in Reboot.

There are, I believe, two planets that were shown to exist both in the preboot and reboot versions of the Legion, but that were homeworlds of Legionnaires in the reboot but not the preboot.
Name these two planets.

In reboot, Kid Quantum I actually was from Xanthu, while preboot he had claimed to be during his retroactive initial membership, but was really from Antares II.
Preboot, Rokk was born on earh and raised on Braal; in reboot he was presumably born on Braal.
In reboot, Brin is from Rimbor, not Zoon, Xuun or any other spelling therof.

I'm not asking for Legionnaires who changed homeworlds. I'm asking for planets that didn't have any Legionnaires preboot that had Legionnaires in the postboot.
So, for example, Bismoll would be an example of a planet that is shown to exist in both 'boots, but is the homeworld of a Legionnaire in the preboot but not the postboot. Zuun would be another example of that. I want examples of the other way around. I can think of two.

oops. sorry.
technically, Braal would count, then, if one considered Rokk's preboot homeworld to be Earth.
How about Mars? Wasn't Gim from Mars in reboot? Early reboot had one member per planet, and Lyle was Earth's rep. Mars certianly appeared a bit in preboot, especially under Levitz.
Lallor? Jahr-Drake Ningle, Blast-Off, one of the two characters who became reboot Wildfire was from a preboot-existing world, but I'm not sure which. Lallor was a blind guess.

Braal also had Magnetic Kid, preboot.
Mars and Aarok were the ones I was thinking about, and I've pretty much blocked everything about postboot Wildfire's origin out of my memory, so I'll give it to CK.

no problemo. I didn't really wantto have to come up with a new question anyway, and since Cobie isn't a regular here, it'd be nice to have a fresh questioner (just as Invisible Man was).

I knew about Mars, but Aarok was a complete shot in the dark. I don't even recall it being mentioned preboot, I just assumed that since Mark Waid is like an encyclopedia he'd give Jenni and established planet of origin. My questions will assuredly be easier than the ones you guys do Here goes: Name at least four Legion enemies chronologically battling the Legion for the first time in the Paul Levitz Legion of Super-Villains story.

Aarok was featured prominently as the planet of "Amazon babes" in that annual featuring Jamm!
Er... and it was one of the planets whose time was kept on that clock that kept the time on other worlds back in Adventure!

Cobie, would that be Zymyr, Ol-Vir, Terrus, and Cosmic King (the reason for the 'chronological' bit)?
I'm guessing on Ol-Vir. I know he showed up previously but forget the extent of his Legion encounters during and post-Great Darkness Saga.

Future, you've nailed three of the four (nice job!). Ol-Vir was specifically shown in GDS as the Daxamite battling Chameleon Boy, I believe (someone correct me if I'm wrong).
However, since you got three, why don't you try to pick the last one and nail it!

I'm not quite sure on the fourth. I have several guesses since some of my Legion history is spotty.
Was it one of the old LSV recruits? Chameleon Chief was seen infiltrating headquarters, but his capture and Legion interaction was off-panel. Ron-Karr simply hid flat against the wall in the Adventure story and was absent from the SLSH one if I recall.
Or is Hunter II the candidate? I believe his only prior appearance was trying to hunt Bouncing Boy for sport instead of straight combat.

The fourth one I know of is Saturn Queen, in what I was sure was her first chronological appearance. However, I think Hunter II actually is also (so if I'm wrong about S.Q., that means the answeree is more correct than the questionnaire).
Future is up!

Saturn Queen isn't in the Levitz LSV tale (unless we're talking about some kind of retcon). Are you confusing her with Esper Lass?
Hunter II and Sun Emperor had both appeared earlier, so they only count if one is being tricky about the meaning of "battling the Legion".

I actually don't recall Saturn Queen in that story, Cobie, though she would have been great. I've always wanted to see more of her in the "present." She really got the shaft until TMK (and even then...).
The preboot side of the Legionnaires series, when it was helmed by the SW6 batch, ran for eighteen issues and one annual. Which two Legionnaires appeared in the most issues, with sixteen issues (plus the annual) each?
Two hints! The first Legionnaire would actually be in seventeen issues if we counted their non-SW6 counterpart. The second Legionnaire only clocks sixteen issues if you count the covers.

Shrinking Violet and Livewire?
Just a guess, but I recall them being 'stars' of the series (among others).

Shrinking Violet is correct! Live Wire isn't, I'm afraid.
I was initially surprised when I counted, but I shouldn't have been. For a shy Vi, she really shined in that series. The Bierbaums really loved her, as evidenced by her constant presence around the Earth-Dominator War with her journal entries and being Devlin's shoulder to lean on.

Nope on Brainy and Andromeda. Laurel had an impressive showing though, even with already having vanished by the last issue and being absent from the annual (if I recall correctly). I believe she clocked in 14 issues.

Im was actually just about to side with Cobie... then I realized you're right. That was Cos King's 1st chronological appearance, not SQ's, and Esper Lass is the LSV's t-path in that story. I was briefly confused because at one point in Levitz, Legionnaires do refer to Saturn Queen as a villain who claimed to be from their future... but she did not appear.
