As a 20/21st C villain, I've only seen SQ as part of the original LSV trio... and since many of their original appearances were in 1960s Superman stories set in the 1960s, I couldn't call her retroactively used.

Saturn Queen was used individually in Supergirl in the 21st century, in addition to appearing with Cosmic King and Lightning Lord in Superman/Batman. Technically, they traveled from the 30th century to the 21st century. So, I don't know if Chaim will accept her. If not, I seem to recall that Persuader fits the bill (Thanks Omni Craig)
I know Mordru and Computo have had ret-conned origins that place them in the 20th/21st century.
