That'd be right Quis. Funny how there always seems to be someone who's a comic book collector (like Projectra's bodyguards in the threeboot).

What is Kort Grezz famous for, other than being a super-reject?

OK. Hmm...name one Legion character who was already super-powered, by Earth standards, but had his/her native super-power enhanced artificially.

That's right Matthew. Her father used a discovery to enhance her Bismollian "super-metabolism" thus endowing his daughter with super-strength.

Only reason I got it is because I was already thinking about that crowd of mooks because of Magno Lad.
Next question when I think of it.

Name five Legionnaires who died within a ridiculously short time (I would say that, for instance, anything less than five issues is a ridiculously short time) after joining the team. (I can think of more than five, maybe, but just name five.)

Ferro Lad ERG-1 (although he got better and renamed as Wildfire) Kid Quantum I (reboot) If you are talking actual appearance of less than five issues, then Chemical King also fits.
That's all I can think of.

I guess what I'll do is confirm when someone lists five correctly.
Chemical King had fewer than five appearances before his death?

He wasn't used that much, but I think that was an exaggeration? Hm... this is pretty tough. Would alternate Legions count? Blood Claw and Firefist (though he got better too) from 5YL. Superboy's Legion: Colossal Boy Wildfire's Dead Earth Legion: Metrox, Graft, Nervosa, Phase, Shape and Shift

I hadn't been thinking of Superboy's Legion or the Dead Earth Legion, but they're as good answers as mine were: the five I had in mind were:
Ferro Lad from the animated series Blood Claw Firefist Kid Quantum I from the reboot Reflecto from during the Five Year Gap
(To me, ERG-1 doesn't count because he wasn't a Legionnaire at the time. Plus he didn't die.)
Go ahead.

Thanks. Isn't easy to think of one...
What do Colossal Boy, Live Wire, Monstress, Element Lad, Triplicate Girl and Karate Kid have in common?
They're not necessarily the only Legionnaires who have that something in common, though.
I'll be back in a couple of days with some hints if this is too tough.

That's only part of the answer I'm looking for.
Here are some more hints:
Ferro Lad is definitely on the list. I think Blok could be as well. Princess Projectra and Sun Boy could also be added.
As of now, Brainiac 5 is definitely not. Neither are Firefist, Bloodclaw or Kid Quantum I. I think Apparition isn't as well.

Were the all killed, directly or indirectly, by someone who at one time was a Legionnaire or allied with the Legion?

That COULD be an answer, but not quite. Blok was killed by Roxxas, and he was not allied with the Legion at that time.
I think this Q has gone on long enough.
The answer I was looking for is that all these Legionnaires had died once in the "main" continuity (either the pre Zero Hour, post Zero Hour or Threeboot) and once in an "alternate" continuity, which includes imaginary stories, Elseworlds or wiped out timelines.
However, looking back, I think the second clue may have hurt more than it helped, seeing as how I am not an expert in Alternate Timelines.
Brainiac 5 - NOT on the list because he's never died in a main timeline, though he did die in at least two Alternates: Universe Ablaze and LSH 300's COMPUTO story.
Firefist, Bloodclaw, Kid Quantum I - ditto, cause as far as I know they've never been included in any Alternate Timelines.
Apparition - here's where we run into problems. I would have counted her death post ZH as a death, but then I remember she died at least once in an Alternate timeline when the Dark Man destroys the Legion (LSH 300), or Adventure 310 when Mxyzptlk's descendant killed the Legionnaires before Superboy undid the effects of his magic.
Live Wire - killed by Zaryan pre ZH and Progenitor post ZH; died also in Titans/Legion: Universe Ablaze (counted as an Alternate), and an alternate where COMPUTO almost beats the Legion (LSH 300).
Monstress - same as Garth, died both in Legion Lost and UNiverse Ablaze
Triplicate Girl - Lu lost a body to COMPUTO pre ZH, and also lost a body in the Toonverse.
Blok - killed by Roxxas, and definitely NOT one of the survivors in LSH 300's alternate where Mordru kills most of the Legion before being defeated when a small bunch of them manage to wipe out all magic in the universe.
Leviathan - killed fighting Doc Regulus post ZH, and died in Superboy's Legion as well
Projectra - SW6 version died 5YL, and was definitely NOT one of the survivors when the Legion defeated Mordru in the alternate timeline in LSH 300. (Interestingly, I've always wondered why Val was not by Jeckie's side when she took part in the suicide spell to destroy all magic in the universe).
Sun Boy - adult Dirk died 5YL, and alternate Dirk was also NOT one of the survivors in LSH 300.
FYI, the survivors of that attack were Brainiac 5, Violet, Lightning Lad, Saturn Girl, Light Lass, Karate Kid, Phantom Girl, Shadow Lass and Dawnstar. It was a good time to be a female Legionnaire; the only female deaths were Dream Girl, Projectra and White Witch, who sacrificed their lives by casting the spell that defeated Mordru. Dunno if Duo Damsel made it though.

Karate Kid - killed preZH during the LSV war, SW6 version also died, and Val was also killed in Universe Ablaze. (Interestingly enough, note how Live Wire and MOnstress were also killed in that story, and later actually did die during Legion Lost...)
Element Lad - killed as the Progenitor, and died in LSH 300 facing COMPUTO.
Since Kent got part of the right answer, and Chaim's answer does not apply to all (Blok and Val, for example), Kent gets the next Q.

in order, these four have something in common:
Mon-El (prior to joining the Legion) J'onn J'onzz Spider-Man Superman
although Mon-El's right to be on the list is iffy, although less so way back when.

no takers?
okay... forget Mon-El. he wasn't the best fit, the more I think about it.
also... think of aspects people in continuity wouldn't be aware of.
