I'd go out with Dream Girl, I guess. She's kind of the Hedy Lamarr ... of SPACE!! if you think about it. Beautiful but also brilliant. What's not to like?
Oh my gosh!! I had no idea about Hedy Lamarr's non-film background! That's awesome! Thanks for the enlightenment! laugh

It's hard to believe, but a couple of years ago I hadn't "read back" far enough on the fan sites to get that joke.

I'm having one of those moments now where I'm sort of proud and embarrassed at the same time.

When I was younger I always thought I would like to date Kinetix. Then I realized she can be quite careless and snarky.

And I once had a sort of crush on Invisible Kid, but then I realized he was too hung up on being smart and letting everyone know it.

It would come down to choice between Ayla and Tasmia.

Ayla's personality and lifestyle are a lot closer to my own, and I wouldn't want to date myself, so Tasmia.

Thanks, Ibby.

As for the guys, I would've probably favored bad boy Brin in my misguided youth just like Ayla did. Brainy is the one I have the biggest crush on, but his bout with madness is a turn-off. Garth would probably be a handful in his own right, but he clearly respects strong women like Imra.

Jeez, I can't decide. No wonder I favor women over men. Tasmia for me, then.

I think XS would have been a good date for me, especially as she was written under DNA. She's smart and funny, but also humble.

I could also see myself having a good date with Tinya under DNA or in the early Reboot.

As for the boys... it's tough, really. Come to think of it, both Blaze and I have some Lyle-like qualities... I could see myself hanging out with Gim or Brek or Dyrk.

Garth under DNA is very crushable too wink

Silver Age: No-one comes to mind.

Preboot 1970's: Hands down would be Phantom Girl, she's needy but I'm already use to that. Next it would be Dream Girl (Brande can afford her high maintenance issues) followed by Shrinking Violet.

Dawnstar wouldn't make the list because of her personality and Saturn Girl would be hard to trust...I'd be paranoid around her because she's a telepath.

I think my list would be the same now as it was five years ago. In the same order, too. smile

The only character in all of literature who has been described as "badnass" while using the phrase "vile miscreant."
