Wedding wands were used on Titan as part of the 5YL wedding of Tenzil Kem & Eve Aries/"Saturn Queen"; but when wedding wands were first shown in Adventure Comics 337 (at the double wedding of Lightning Lad & Saturn Girl, and Ultra Boy & Phantom Girl), they were descibed as a wedding custom of Bgztl.

That is what I was referring to - I'll have to re-check Adventure # 337, I just assumed (since they were at the Saturn Queen-Tenzil wedding) that it was Titanian.
