Snow was a TV news reporter and investigative reporter who was secretly a member of Brother Blood's cult. She led a smear campaign disgised as an expose about three members of the US Congress. These Congressmen were defeated and their seats were taken over by Blood supporters. That answer was from memory, so I might've given too much info for my own good.

At one point, gar's cousin decided to hold a recruiting drive in order to start a new Titans West. Name 3 of those who turned up for the meeting (which turned into a beer blast)

Gar (natch), Flamebird, Hawk and Dove (the ones with the wings who were in a band), Blue Devil, Bushido, Dollman and Dollgirl, Dial H for Hero (and his boyfriend), Mary Marvel and CM3, Terra (I think) and some others that I forget. Plus Harlequin crashed the party as well.

Linked to the above question, the recruitment drive did indeed turn into a kegger. It was pointed out which of the characters present were the only underagers there and as such weren't drinking. Who were they?
