HWWey has it again. My favorite Brazilian restaurant is currently closed, as their building is being redone and they're looking for a new locale.
I still have to figure out what time I have to leave Vic to make it back for the concert, in order to determine if both are still viable in the same day. But right now at least I am planning to do both.

It's 102 degrees out today. I:
a) walk to McDonald's and do some writing.
b) sunbathe at the pool.
c) stay inside where it's cool.

No point in prolonging the agony.  I walked to Mickey D's this morning and wrote for about two and a half hours. Otherwise, I've spent the day inside. No pool-surfing for me in 102-degree weather.

Correct! I was supposed to go to my first Krav Maga session, but I felt like I was coming down with a fever and decided to rest up. I'll need to make extra time next week, though.

1. I ate a salad with greens, pickled beets, crumbled bleu cheese, red onion slices, and olives.
2. I ate a spicy smoked sausage with sauerkraut and mustard.
3. I ate around 4 p.m.; I probably won't eat again tonight.
