So, you think I don't want to make a lot of sense or learn about evolution?! No, it was just the frogs. Based on your comment above, and assuming that you've taken only one course on the list, my guess is n. Biology

And it's back to HWW... erm... HWLSHes. I hated that particular module because it's so wishy washy. I have no idea why they made us take that in the first place.

In addition to having a well-rounded education, I believe a writer should be well-read. Though I don't read as much as some, I try to read a lot of different things, either for pleasure or for research. It's all good. I'm frequently amazed at what holds my attention.
What book am I reading currently?
a. The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain b. The Amber Spyglass by Philip Pullman c. Rawhide Down by Del Quentin Wilber d. 2061: Odyssey Three by Arthur C. Clarke e. Team of Rivals by Doris Kearns Goodwin f. The Bluest Eye by Toni Morrison g. Hawksmoor by Peter Ackroyd h. The Quantum Prophecy by Michael Carroll i. Kitchen Table Wisdom by Rachel Naomi Remen,M.D. j. Angels & Demons by Dan Brown k. The Professor's House by Willa Cather l. Gifts by Ursula K. LeGuin m. Ender in Exile by Orson Scott Card n. nothing; I'm taking a break from reading books.

Not Ender. I started to read this book a few months ago, and it didn't pull me in.

I never read Angels & Demons, though I saw the movie.
I read Team of Rivals about five years ago. I agree: It's a wonderful examination of Lincoln and the political rivals who became his cabinet members.
And Ex's second guess is the right one. I'm tutoring a student who's reading Huck Finn, so I'm re-reading it to catch up.

Cool; always good to revisit a classic with fresh eyes.
OK... I'm currently planning a visit with my niece, Val, this summer (she lives in upstate NY). What is "Val" short for?
1. Valda 2. Valdis 3. Valena 4. Valencia 5. Valentina 6. Valentine 7. Valerie 8. Valery 9. Valetta 10. Valmai

And Tempest has it.
Though my family's mostly Italian, my sister always liked the Spanish spelling, so, Valencia, it is.

Well, I kind of liked the school themed questions, so let's do one of those.
Which course did I take, that I got the most nap time in:
1. Musical Theatre 101 (history) 2. Advanced Reading 3. Theatre 101 (history) 4. Ancient World History 5. Political Science 6. Biology 7. Psychology 101 8. Small Group Speech 9. Anthropological Study of Witchcraft and Mystcism 10. Geography 11. Statistics
And to show I bear no ill will, I, too, shall bestow a gift...

11. Statistics
When I took Statistics in college, I learned how to yawn with my mouth closed.

5. Political Science Politics is just bull****, it's not a science?
