Yeah, that's it. It was the Crisco. And every episode, the scientists would grease themselves up and service Godzooky. I don't know how they got that past the Saturday morning censors.
If we're going to do this according to the sound of the word, 'Callisto' and 'Calypso' are equally close in sound. 'Cousteau' and 'Crisco' rather further away. And the name we're looking for is associated with the animal kingdom, but is not itself the name of an animal.

No.
By the way, did anyone watch this show? Am I the only one who remembers it?

Howard, I believe. Because her love made Clifford grow so big that the Howards had to leave their home, according to the theme.

In the Smurfs, what was the name of Gargamell's cat. This isn't really a quiz as I don't know the answer and it's driving me daft.

walkwithcrowds: Fifteen seconds with a search engine could have produced this answer for you, but if you'd rather do it this way, it's Azrael.

Elwood City??? It doesn't ring any bells with me. I'll need a hint. Although it may be too early to start giving hints.

Yeah, but this ways more fun.
Sorry Matlock. The floors all yours.
Elwood City?
As you said "takes place" I'll assume it's a current program, sooo... The Powerpuff Girls? (are they still makeing that?)

Nope, not Powerpuff Girls, which I think is still airing here in the States, though I don't know if it's still in production or not. The show in question is still airing and still in production too, I believe.

Any clues? Is it a "Kiddie" show or one of those with jokes for the mums and dads to get?

Chaim got it. It's another wholesome family show like Clifford, but it's pretty funny.

Yeah, Arthur's great. In one episode, they even riffed on "South Park" a little. I love when kiddie shows throw in stuff for adults to enjoy.
OK, new question now: name thre enemies of Mermaidman and Barnacle Boy.

I am pretty sure that Mermaidman & Barnacle Boy are from Spongebob Squarepants. But I can't think of who their enemies might be. If I see the episode again, I'll come back with the answer.

The Dirty Bubble, Man Ray and... well, Barnacle Boy turned evil that time and became Barnacle Man, so he could have the adult size Krabby Patty. Does that count?
