"I'm Not Rappaport", with Barbara Harris, 1968. I believe Robards was also in an early Broadway production too.

Well, four days is long enough to stump the panel, so I'm giving it to Lightning Lad, who clearly is thinking of the right film, short of the name.

It's from "A Thousand Clowns," in 1966, and Robards both starred with Barbara Harris and was the lead in Herb Gardner's original Broadway comedy. (The line is responding to having gotten letters from the Child Welfare Board, where the bureaucrats -- including the reluctant Harris -- are poised to take Robards' nephew away.) "I'm Not Rappaport" was from the '80s, by the way.

Take it away, Scott!

Thanks Steve. I must have been thinking about Rappaport because of seeing something with Walter Matthau.

I believe that's Woody Allen and Diane Keaton talking to their respective therapists in "Annie Hall"...

Sorry Drake. I swear I posted that you were indeed correct. But I did do it from work and I've been having issues with my laptop there. Could be it just never made it.

Anyway, you are up.

I'm sure I've heard this somewhere but I can't quite picture it. So I'll guess -

Okay, it may be early for a hint, but here's a second quote from the film:
"He'll flip ya, flip ya for real."

Ooh, good guess, but not yet correct. Another hint based on that guess: one of the actors from Snatch uttered the last quote.

This just sounds like a movie I haven't seen... but something's nagging me, I'm gonna have to check the IMDB and see who was in Snatch because I know I haven't seen that.

I'm torn here but I'm going with The Usual Suspects again. Sounds like Benicio Del Toro, especially the second quote.

Yeah, LL's got it. It's such an eminently quotable movie.

That's why it kept nagging at me... I have seen it, just not enough times to recognize quotes that don't include "Kaiser Sosay" or "Orca Fat".

It goes to show you exactly how much talent Bryan Singer really has. Usual Suspects is one of my all-time favorites.

I'll post a quote later on. Having major system issues at work I've got to get resolved first.

That's funny -- the reason I guessed "Snatch" from that "flip ya" line was because I could imagine it being said in a mumbly voice -- I thought it was Brad Pitt, but I shoulda known it was "Usual Suspects", one of my all-time favs.

No guesses? Come one. Anyone out there in my age range should know this movie.
