This one could potentially be very easy, so please provide the following:
1) The movie it's from. 2) Which character is saying it. 3) The line that follows.
"All I have to do is squeeze."

"Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" -- Indy says it to Ilsa, she then says "All I have to do is scream."

You got it, Drake! (She could have also said, "All I have to do is knee you in the groin," but I suppose that would have disrupted the flow of the movie... )

hint -- another quote from the film: "Aw, lookee-here. Looks like somebody threw away a perfectly good white boy." (and it's not "Better Off Dead", which had a similar line)

Oh come on. Not one guess? Here's another from the movie:
"I look cool, you look like shit. But that's ok, we'll make it a statement."

I've never even seen this movie, but for some reason the title "Easy Rider" came to my head -- total shot in the dark...

Nothing quite that old Drake. Its a comedy of sorts from the 80's. And the star is one of a pair of actors known for having something in common.

Hmmmm... none of those are ringing any bells. Didn't Jackie Gleason and Tom Hanks star in a movie as "dieing" father and "distant/alienated" son who try to make good before said father dies? I think that movie was "Nothing in Common", so... You are either going for a Tom Hanks movie or a Jackie Gleason movie. For some reason I can see Jackie Gleason involved in both of these lines somewhere in a Smokey and the Bandit movie. Since you said it's from the 80's, I don't think it can be the original... So I'll guess Smokey and The Bandit II. { } East bound and downnnnnnnn, Loaded up and truckin'. We gonna do what they say can't be done. We got a long way to go, and short time to get there. I'm east bound, just watch ole bandit run. {/ }

It's "Dream A Little Dream", which starred the two Coreys.

I hope I remembered this correctly:
(male): "How's your head?"
(female): "Well, I haven't had any complaints so far."

Second quote (in case people need another clue):
(male): "You know what your problem is? Chastity Pariah."
(female): "Gasp! I thought that had cleared up!"

Chastity Pariah clinched it for me.
The Movie is "Elvira Mistress of the Dark"
The female is Cassandra Petersen (Elvira herself)

That would be the correct answer, Quis! I love that movie. I really have GOT to get it on DVD one of these days
