Same question - name three of the four major schools of Chinese cuisine. They're really called THE Four Schools of Chinese Cuisine.

Blaze,
With this game, you don't (or shouldn't) need to wait for confirmation that you are correct. But after answering, post your own name three.

For Blaze, the rules from page 1
The first poster gives a catagory. The next poster has to fill in three examples. The answering poster does not have to have the same examples as the questioning poster, but should be able to show how the example fits the catagory if questioned. Then the answering poster gets to post the next catagory. The poster who starts the catagory has to be able to provide the three examples if everyone else gets stuck. (so no trying to stump people with an impossible catagory)
Using Google to to verify your answers is OK. Especially if the catagory is a tough one.
This is supposed to be a fast moving game, hence the not waiting for confirmation of your answers.

It's okay, Blaze. I do that all the time 1. To promote the expression of cultural and linguistic diversity through communication and information, 2. To contribute to building an inclusive knowledge society, where disadvantaged communities may fully participate, 3. To provide a human and cultural dimension to international cooperation efforts in order to reach sustainable development, Name three UNESCO World Heritage sites in Northern Africa (Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco).
