Too easy...

Off the top of my head... African countries

Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Libya, Egypt
(Western Sahara) Mauretania, Mali, Niger, Chad, Sudan
Senegal, Gambia, Guniea, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Benin, Ghana, Togo, Nigeria, Cameroons, Central African Republic, Ethopia, Eritrea, Djibouti, Somalia
Sao Tome & Principe, Gabon, Congo, Congo(formerly Zaire), Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania
Angola, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia, South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Madagascar

Uh, I think that should be enough.

*checks map* OK, I missed out 6 countries - Guniea Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Cape Verde Islands, Bukina Faso, Botswana, Comoros, or 9 if island nations such as St. Helena, Seychelles and Mauritius is included.

Yeah I know, but I wanted a challenge...

Petroleum really isn't a fuel, it's like a raw material. I was thinking about things like Natural Gas, Petrol, Diesel, Kerosene, paraffin, etc. although Propane and Butane would fit as fuels.

Dick Tracey (does he count? I think he has a comic, but he really isn't a comic book character)
Elliot Stabler from L&O:SVU
Thomas Magnum from Magnum PI

If Dick tracey doesn't count, I'll throw in Stabler's partner Benson.

Name 3 US burger chains with franchises outside the US.
