Where'd this come from? That must be Roy holding the bow...is he hung over or something? Is that Donna and Wally to the right? If that's Mia, is that Conner she's piggybacking? And why does Mia look about 8 years old?

It was drawn by a deviantart artist called LevyRasputin. The story is Roy lost at darts against Connor and Mia because he was drunk, and as "penance" he had to dress up as Cupid for Donna for Valentine's Day.

Mia is the new Speedy introduced by Kevin Smith during his Green Arrow stint. I think she's spent some time with the Titans. Judd Winick later made her HIV-positive.

And to add angst...

In Cry For Justice she was supposed to be looking after Lian, when she left her alone to go after Electrocutoiner. Prometheus' machine went off, Star City was destroyed, and Lian was killed. Roy almost strangled her at Lian's funeral and had to be restrained. A one-armed man. Had to be restrained. Yeah.

Well, she fits with the movement and DC's use of Titan children as fodder, then.
