I think this show may have jumped the shark when they added the little vengeance fairy. Maybe they can still save it if they hired new writers and moved the location to Venice Beach.

<Zardi sits in the Castles Throne Room, gazing into his scrying pool.>

<Zardi stands in front of his scrying pool staring at his reflection.>

The spell is my own... Why don't I remember casting it?

Red Arrow walks up to the Castle steadily. The Soul Gem which hung on her neck assured her that it was best to tackle the hardest part first, but she felt very uneasy. "Get in...ask the question...get what I want...get out...get in...ask the question...get what I want and get out."

<As Red Arrow enters the castle foyer, she is intercepted by Carrie.>

Is there someting I can Help you with, Red Arrow?

<Carrie flies up to Red Arrow's neck and stares hard at the soul gem.>

That's quite the sparkler you're wearing. I'm positive the Master would be quite interested in it. How about you trade? I'll give you a unicorn and your weight in diamonds for it. What do you say?

Red Arrow was about to speak, but the Soul Gem Spirit refused to take any chances. He retook command of her body. He had the arrogance of the Gem's forme wielder, Adam Warlock. "Take us to your Master. If you refuse, we will come back later. With force of the others."

On second thought, keep your little sparklie, and go muster your "force of the others." It's been a little boring around here lately, crushing an invasion would liven things up.

<Carrie makes a gesture of dismissal and Red Arrow finds herself on the outside of the castle looking at a locked gate.>

Red Arrow was confused. Soul Gem, what did you do now? She thought. The Soul Gem replied, Don't worry about him. Remember the Narnia books? You understand the higher magics far better than Zardi does. He is no Thanos of Titan. There will be other people and you will get all the other gems. She sighed and began working her way back to the office.

*The Red Bee appears at the gate to the Castle in the Sky*
