...learned my rent was going up. I rather it didn't, but I can't complain. I have been in my current apartment for about 20 years and the rent has only gone up by $225.00

Jon loved seeing the Bumblebee Camaro, and Hannah got to meet one of the girls from the Disney Show "Shake it up" and get her autograph.
A good time was had by all.

...got buffeted by rain and wind (thanks, Truckers!) for an interminable period at the bus stop. By the time I got home, I felt so much like a wet dog that I'm surprised the cats didn't hiss at me.

...helped work on my wife's car. In the sense that I mostly watched her step-father the mechanic do stuff.
But when he couldn't get the hose he was replacing off by prying, pulling or harsh language it was my idea to just cut the darn thing off.
