It's from Jamaica, mon. From Internet Cocktail Database A few years ago at a Christmas party, I pulled out a bottle of egg nog and said "Here's the Baptist egg nog". Then I grabbed a bottle of Myers and said "For anyone who wants to make it Episcopalian."
