I wish they kept the 'showing hand' thing for Kara's cover, but consdering her unique status, I can understand the departure from it. But I'd still like a return to it.
Lyle would be good, have him use it to finally debut a real costume. As he joined the legion at the same time 'we' did, he's been pretty signifigant in terms of plot and story.
Alternatively, using a bad guy would be a neat change of pace, especially if they kept him doing the ring pose.
Or Mon-El if he's ever introduced.

Some great ideas here! Bouncing Boy, Dreamy, Dirk with Terror Firma, the LOSV, Mon-El. Actually, those are the ones I'd want more than anything (maybe Wildfire with the Academy Students too?).
