Instead of "passengers", many airlines now say they have "customers". Instead of "customers", many stores now say they have "guests". I wonder if a hotel chain will now claim to have "passengers".
The only character in all of literature who has been described as "badnass" while using the phrase "vile miscreant."

Fibonacci did not actually invent the Fibonacci sequence. He merely brought it to Europe from the Arab world.

Yeah, why? They did bad horror movies...and the Puppetmaster series IIRC.

Yeah, my brother loved the Puppet Master series. Even collected the toys. I was just watching one of their movies for a couple of minutes, Castle Freak.

I wonder if they even get comics to these places. You mean English-language comics? Even w/o a local CBS, there are ways. I used to be in one of those high school "writing clubs" where we got assigned pen pals. Mine was from Ethiopia, and she was a big American comics fan. Relatives used to bring her stuff from abroad when they could get it, so I boxed up a bunch of stuff that I'd already read a billion times and sent it to her. She was pretty pleased.

On a more random note: Somebody next door is getting lucky, either live or on TV. I'm unsure which, but I've got the stereo turned up, because--- uh, otherwise TMI. If I wasn't so damn tired out from my day, I'd probably be jealous.

When I review a comic I don't like, I sometimes feel I'm not getting across my negativity enough and can't help but come up with ridiculous ways to criticize it, such as my latest review of the recent Iron Man annual.

I wonder why Cobalt Kid was inexplicably "Cobaltus" again for a few days.
Still "Lardy" to my friends!
