Well, I programmed my own cooking skills into Troy for this evening. I wanted it to be a special meal that I prepared, but I didn't want to have to spend the whole evening in the kitchen, as I usually do. would you like to know what we're having?

Well, I should tell you before each course. To start, we are having an appetizer of sauteed sea scallops with a chile lime sauce, followed by an heirloom tomato gazpacho. The salad will be endive with toasted walnuts and goat cheese, and a rasberry balsamic vinagrette. I'll wait a bit to tell you about the main course.
