Good luck with the dad's surgery, rick.
I'm trolling Monster and NHJobs.com. The post office appointment ended abruptly (as in 'don't come in tonight'), and I've developed a fondness for food and stuff.
I hated having to go to work. Now I hate not having work to go to. I'm so fickle!

Thanks Set, the consult actually went very well, they scaled back the cut. Still gonna go in and take out some badly placed polyps, but it wont involve resectioning and a six hour surgery which at his age isn't good.
My boys been sick today, stomach virus, but I've been doing some house cleaning. Still, I hate downtime with a passion, especially when I need to be out and working.
Even if I won the lottery, I'd still find something to do, even if it was just moving dirt from one pile to another, lol.
As for what I'm doing now, posting here and still doing laundry...and watching scrubs. Love that show.
Damn you, you kids! Get off my lawn or I'm callin' tha cops!

Thanks, Quis. Sam had that stomach virus going around, but Pop doesn't have his surgery til next month, so he's really not looking forward to that. Still, its pre-cancerous and after the last scare, they cant afford to take any chances.

I went through something similar with my dad about 5 years ago with his throat (cancer). He did great and has been cancer-free for years now. I'm glad your dad's doctors are being proactive.
