The only one lamer than Spade was Farley... that's why they were always cast together, to try and make Spade look good. What're we talkin about here?

Trying to put together an intelligent little thing on how I feel, and have felt, about the Teen Titans.

Stalling on reading that other forum, because I still haven't been to the comic shop.

Tonight the baby finally fell asleep after a fussy day (his first shots were today) and Pickles is by my feet sleeping in his bed.
I've got AMC on for John Wayne movies and Rio Brave just ended with my all-time favorite John Wayne western movie, the Horse Soldiers, beginning. It's my Dad's favorite and has become my favorite. Of course, I own it and have made my wife watch it like 10 times already so I have a feeling we're not watching it again.
I switched from beers to whiskeys: Tullamore Dew on the rocks with two cherrys, a bit of cherry juice and some bitters. I'm a whiskey guy and I like Old Fashioneds sometimes so this is a half-way drink I can make at home without having to try too hard.
And LW is feeling good tonight.
When things get slow, I've got the Dick Tracy hardcover first two years that IDW put out that I've cracked into and it's pretty damn entertaining--my first real forway into classic comic strips.
A nice night so far...

...eating pizza right now and roleplaying a lot today. I've read the first couple of chapters of my Lone Ranger Vol. 1 TPB that I purchased on a certain Legendary Poster's recommendation. Not bad, so far!
Still "Lardy" to my friends!

I was never a huge LR fan, but I always liked him and seeing the odd movie or TV show with Clayton Moore back in the day. I think the masked aspect appealed to me like super-heroes do. It's a very well-scripted and drawn story!

I bought Sparta USA #2-4 to catch up to it for #5 next week.
For the last few months I've done this "dollar a day" thing where I put aside one dollar every day. Tomorrow I'll have saved 150.
Thinking about Bizenghast Vol.7 which just came out Wednesday. It's an English manga which is just so wonderful.
Wondering what's keeping me from updating my pitch for that DC Holiday Special and Arsenal back-up.

Sorry to hear that Matt! Hopefully the dawn of the weekend will change things for you! Meanwhile for me, I just had a Hershey's Candy Bar that was in the fridge and it was heavenly. I'm not a big dessert/candy guy but hey, why not? My wife figured we're not getting much sleep and not working out right now with an infant so why not just go for it on awful food?
