I'm a little late to the party, but i just wanted to give a shout out to all the LWers I met in SD! I wish I had had more time to spend with you guys. I should have made time; sounds like you all had more fun than I did! So, to those of you I was meeting for the first time: Director: so soft spoken but funny and charming. Thank you for telling me about the Browncoats booth. Stu: you really do exist! I was never really sure. Nice talking to you! Cali: always the center of attention. Oh, to be young again! Cobie: it was very brief, but a pleasure. CJ: you are just too damn cute! Can I adopt you? Faraway and Gigi: so nice to finally meet you. I only wish I could have spent more time with you guys. Scott and Caroline: ditto! As thoughtful and generous in person as you are on the boards. Nancy, Actor, Seymour: we never really had a chance to speak, but it was nice to meet you all! And to those of you I was meeting again: Abin: you big teddy bear! Thanks for always making me feel welcome. Kent: always the gentleman. Monkey: always a riot! Nightcrawler: so stealthy they should put a bell around your neck! Seriously, it was great to finally get to know you a little bit. I'm inordinately proud that I made you smile.  Mowgli: so charming! One of the more interesting things to note is in the last week several Legion Worlders have added others LWers to their Facebook friends lists. It's kinda cool to have people who are double online friends--and in-person friends now as well.

I got a care package from San Diego today-- Quis, I read # 1 and she kicks ass! Now on to 2 & 3! MEL-- It's going straight into a frame! LOVE it! Gary-- AW YEAH LEGION!

However, I am not happy with two things. 1) they made a cross at the bottom instead of an arrow (didn't notice til too late) and 2) I wanted to get the inside solid black, but the artist talked me into getting it shaded (half black, half blank). I'm going to see about getting it fixed. I'll try to have a picture taken and posted. The place was called Lucky\'s Checking out the site. I don't think the guy who tattooed Ronda works there any more.
