lil'rhino Got them today rhino and it made me crack up. The only card I received outside of Caroline and her parents and one from my boss. It really was special. Especially the art you included. Thanks!

Well, we didn't get out to see Bubba Hotep and Starsky and Hutch at Brewvies but we had fun last night anyway. Van Helsing was great fun but there's no way it could have been made without Hugh Jackman.
So I got some great stuff for my birthday. A new computer, really sweet. But its really for Caroline since even I couldn't keep it alive. It finally died after the transplant I performed a couple of weeks ago. But the good thing is now she can join me in play CoH. It the thing is so quiet. I got used to this loud pair of fans constantly running on the old one. I wasn't sure I even had power to this one when it booted. No fan noice whatsoever.
Got a couple of cases to make the old 200GB harddrives I rescued from the old PC into portable USB drives. Couple of card games. And the best thing, besides spending the day with my lovely wife all day yesterday, was a boxed set of the newly released Universal Monsters (Dracula, Wolfman and Frankenstein) to coincide with Van Helsing. The box set included a color bust of each of the three monsters. The Dracula one has a few of the Drac movies and it includes an alternate audio track the features Philip Glass and the Kronos Quartet's new music. Really beautiful.
