News in my neck of the woods is that I just recently got a job at a local movie theatre. I started on Friday, it's going fairly well so far. Also I'm thinking about trying out for some productions of "Children of a Lesser God" and "The Shape of Things".

They have "preview nights" for employees every once in awhile and you can also earn passes for free admission for you and a guest as well. That TCM thread I posted was after going to my 1st one. I could of gone to see The Grudge 2 last night but it was in our companion theatre in the valley and I didn't have a ride. Which would of been a problem since we run those showings after the theatres closed for normal business ie after the bus has already stopped running.

More new news on the front here. I just got back from my 1st of three dance classes to prep for auditioning for "West Side Story" next Thursday. It was kind of embarassing since I was the only guy in the class. On the plus side they expected the low guy turnout so they're offering a few scholarships so it's natch that I get one. That saves me $45 dollars so I'm glad about that.
