Recovered all day after the New Haven St. Patrick's Day parade.
For the first time ever I felt 'tiredness' at the parade itself creeping in. Today was even rougher.

Slipped and twisted my knee while on patrol.
Ironically this happened while I was checking the doors of the Medical center.

so today at work, my friend says i have my lunch upstairs and tell her i have to buy mine so we part ways and agree to meet in the break room. i give her all my stuff and go. i get back with my food she is no where to be found..... so i go off looking for her , and i bump into my manager and she tells me "oh on Friday you and me going to handbag conference. in Connecticut, and you and me are carpooling and we have to leave at 5:30 am"
....and so my natural response was."when will we get back."
and she gave me a look and said "why do you need to know that."
"id like to make plans for the weekend, a lot of it depends on my Friday night."
he response. "pack a bag."
i can't tell if she was joking
