Yeah, the irony isn't lost on me...

edited an article on Wikipedia. It was about Paul Kupperberg's Doom Patrol. It mentioned all the members except Tempest.

Originally posted by Quislet, Esq.: will be taking the Jeopardy contestant test online at 8pm EST. I did, too. just got done. I blanked on a few, I did not know on a few, I struggled to recall on a few... I'm not optimistic for my results. There was one I knew but IU was trying to figure out which part of the scenario they were asking for; it just befuddled me. I probably got more than I think, but right now I can only beat myself up for my screw-ups and misses.

...stayed home while my oil furnace was replaced with a gas furnace. The oil furnace had been acting up and was filling the apartment with an oil smell. The landlord had a technician out a couple of times and finally decided to replace the old furnace.

am rewatching Season One of Lost (and finally getting Lady Cobalt into it), while eating Chinese food and drinking ginger ale and gatorade. That's about as perfect a Sunday for me as it gets.

ordered my 4 day pass to SDCC. Not sure yet if it'll be just me or both Caroline and I. Also walked our second mile this week. I almost didn't make it but Rob Zombie helped me through.

found a book I haven't read for ages. Now I'm going to go lock my door until I've finished reading it for the, like, 20th time.

drove through the rain, both on the way to my destination and on the way back; thankfully, there were only a few brief spots where it was falling so hard that I had trouble seeing.

Was woken up by a phone call from Sweden to make sure I wasn't drinking Battery acid in a fit of desperation on this most hated of days, the day of Valentine.
Remember : It's not technically a suckerpunch if you yell ''DEFEND YOURSELF SPROCKER!'' two seconds before you let him have it.

Heard Sinatra singing "My Funny Valentine" on the radio and realized the words were really about what a loser his girl was, but he loved her anyways. Terrible! Most hated of days indeed.

Lupercalia = festival of the wolf!
Young Roman boys would run around the city of Rome and try to whack young Roman girls with sticks as part of some horny way to deal with hormones.
Most likely the Roman adults were in the midst of some great orgy involving flute playing, grapes and drugs.
