On a sadder note, I just found out that I lost yet another friend at work. This one a young man I helped train 10 years ago after I started. Reminded me a lot of myself; quiet, introverted and he really excelled at customer service. You'll be missed John. R.I.P.

Thanks everyone! It went pretty well. Two things stuck with me:
I never made an interview panel laugh so much.
I never thought the word "blog" would come up so much in an interview.
