made this:

Orange Thyme Chicken Breasts
The orange juice and honey carmelize to lightly lacquer the chicken as it bakes.
Marinade:
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2T olive oil
2T honey
1T fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste

4 skinless and boneless chicken breast halves, about 6 oz. each

Mix marinade. Add chicken and coat well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat the oven to 350F. Place chicken, covered with marinade, on a baking sheet. Bake, basting occasionally, until cooked, about 30 minutes.

(1) had to rely on a trip to the vet as my source of good news, and (2) was inspired by the evening news reports of just how cool Londoners are.

Ooh that Lemnos! He makes me so angry, so, so, what was I saying? Oh well, must not have been very important.
