Caffeine! Well, I hate it when I post twice in a row in the same thread, but I need a cup of coffee for today too! Where in the blue hell is everyone else?

Posting twice in a row? Some of my best conversations have been with myself.
Enjoy the coffee & don't worry about it!

Well, it occured to me one day that I don't like posting twice in a row b/c I don't like talking to myself in a public forum. But after listening to FC's advice, I don't think that it's going to bother me anymore! In the meantime, a cup of coffee will be a nice start to the day--even though it's one in the afternoon

I could use a cup of cofee after spending the afternoon studying knots and Morse code!

Wow, seems that only a few regulars have been stopping in here recently. Hopefully a few others will come by to see all the good reading material and the selection of beverages...

Caffeine! I've visited once before, but I think I'll stop by more often thanks to Cramer's wonderful shop.
Speaking of knots and morse code, IB, I just spent my entire Tuesday night helping boy scouts relearn their own knot skills. Phew. We should chat over java sometime about our roping woes.

Iced coffee, iced cappuccino and iced tea now available. Straws offered for those who wish to keep practicing their knotwork.
Personally, I never use anything but a bowline and a reef knot.

Bowlines I have no problem with, but I'd rather forget about ropes altogether.
So, Future, how about an iced cappuccino on me?

Wow its ages since I had the time to drop in.
Cramer m'lady you're looking as lovely as ever.
We are having such nice sunny weather over here I could just fancy a nice long iced mocha and a few minutes to read the paper. Do you know if my normal chair is still available?

Caffine. WOW. There are people here, unlike the other establishments. Whoda thunk it? Lemonade, no ice if you please

Caffeine indeed.
IB, that iced cappucino sounds good to me. Thanks to you for the invite and to Ms. Cramer for supplying them! As for ropes, I'm happy just tying a piece of string...which I should constantly do around my finger. I have such a bad memory...I even forgot Legion came out last month. Hoo boy.

I think an old-fashioned Chocolate Coke would be just the thing right now.

Old-fashioned chocolate Coke is new to me - but it's probably tasty with chocolate cicadas.
HWW, your chair is always available for you. Just push the dog out and brush off the cushion.
Future & IB, nice to see you here. Is that Cat's Cradle you're playing?

The adage, "let sleeping dogs lie" comes to mind ...
But that's okay. I'll just stretch out on the couch, flip through a copy of Virtual Homes and Gardens and enjoy my tiramisu latte.

It's just a regular ol' Coke with just enough chocolate syrup to be noticeable. It used to be a regular thing at burger joints all around the country, but I've only a few that still do it today. I can't eat those little cicada guys. We have too much in common. We're both devilishly handsome, we both like to make music, and we both only see action about once every seventeen years.

Tiramisu latte? Chocolate coke? Drinks are getting complicated around here!
Maybe OM & He Who iHops could host a sock hop.

To usher in another day and make sure I'm awake to see the end of it. Hopefully today will be a good news day about the Legion's future. One could hope.

I'll drink to that.
Wait, wrong thread. Sorry, sorry.
I mean, I'll relax to a nice warm cup of cocoa to that.

Another morning! How're you doing, Miss Cramer? What would you recommend for a slow-starting day like today?

Don't worry, old pal, I've got your back.
Why, I've even brought my grandma along to give us some TLC!
Although I'm sure Fat Cramer can fill that role perfectly.
