Well, I hope so. The way I figure it, everyone wil be so sick of home cooking that they'll flock to our restaurant. We'll probably have to double the order of fois-gras (faux of course). The rack of lamb will also be a huge item, I bet. Stock up on the pears, because I have a wonderful suggestion for pears, poached in white wine, vanilla and lemon, served in pastry with a sabayon. It's topped with an apricot glaze.

Perhaps our patrons can share favorite recipes that we can prepare for our guests.

Are we only buying our produce from hoity-toity consoritums or is it okay to shop at Costco? They are having an excellent sale on anjou pears, as well as bartletts.
