:^PPPPPPPPPPPP to being a zombie at work *again* after not being able to sleep, taking that much needed nap when I got home (two hours -- it was hell dragging myself up cuz I didn't want to wake up in the middle of the night) then going to bed early only to wake up *two hours later* and not being able to go back to sleep!!

I avoided taking a nap after work again and did indeed go to bed at a decent hour tonight-- 10:30. THEN I woke up at 2am and here I am.
I'm going to lie back down in a little bit and hope for the best!
